Thank you for your interest in our study!
You will be answering some basic questions to determine whether you qualify for our in-person study about technology devices in Denver. Your responses will only be used to determine eligibility to participate in this study in September in our offices in Denver (this is an in person interview).
Participants who are qualified will complete a 60 minute in person interview in Denver (Glendale area). We will be recording the session, but it will only be used for research purposes and will never be made public. We value user privacy and your answers to this survey and during the session will be strictly confidential.
Please answer the questions honestly, as this determines your ability to participate. If you qualify, we will contact you through User Interviews for scheduling. Please note that completion of this questionnaire does not mean that you have qualified. If you do qualify, you will be notified through User Interviews to schedule an available appointment time.
If selected, you will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and participate in a 60-minute research study conducted in person by MeasuringU.
