We're a small healthcare technology team trying to understand how a referral actually moves through a hospice, from the moment it arrives to the day the patient is admitted. We're not selling anything and we're not testing a product. We just want to hear how the work really goes.
We'll ask you to walk us through your process step by step, in your own words. Where referrals come from, what you do first, what you end up chasing, who you wait on, and what makes a smooth day different from a rough one. There's nothing to prepare and no right answer.
