We're an independent research team learning how US landscaping companies plan, recruit and manage their seasonal crews, and how the H-2B process works in practice.
We'd like a 45-minute video call with owners, managers, or anyone who handles hiring or H-2B for their company. We'll cover how you recruit, the attorneys, agents and tools you use, what happens once workers arrive, and what's hardest each season.
Towards the end, we'll share a few early ideas we're exploring and ask for your honest reaction, including what you'd find valuable and what you'd expect to pay. This isn't a sales call; there's nothing to buy, and no preparation is needed.
