About this study
A paid research study for people who own or run a small business that has been open for three years or less. We want to hear how you keep things going week to week, what you rely on to know how the business is doing, and what prompts you to change something, whether that is your prices, your hours, your staff, your stock or your marketing.
The study has three parts, all remote and all in October. A 30-minute video call between Oct 6 and 8 to get you set up. A one-week phone diary, four short entries of 10 to 15 minutes each, in your own words or as voice notes. And for some participants, a 60-minute video interview between Oct 16 and 21 to talk through what you recorded and react to a few early ideas.
The call and diary pay $300. The interview pays a further $200 for those invited.
