About this study
We are seeking experienced, US-based senior financial leaders—including CFOs, VPs of Finance, Financial Directors, Controllers, and COOs with strong financial orientations—to evaluate AI-generated business advice against real-world financial data for companies across all scales (from small businesses to large enterprises). In this remote, task-based role, you will review financial documentation and evaluate AI responses to help establish benchmark rubrics for financial accuracy, strategic value, and actionability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
•Senior Leadership Experience: Proven track record in roles such as CFO, VP of Finance, Financial Director, Financial Controller, or COO (with a strong financial orientation).
• Broad Advisory Background: Hands-on experience advising companies across business sizes—working directly with executive management on strategic financial decisions and growth goals across at least 3 distinct companies or clients (self-employed/fractional advisors welcome).
• Industry Diversity: Exposure across diverse industries and business models is strongly preferred.
• QuickBooks Familiarity: Experience working with or interpreting QuickBooks data is preferred, but NOT strictly required.
• Analytical Precision: Exceptional ability to critique financial logic, spot discrepancies, and articulate clear, objective rationales.
Deliverables & Task Scope:
This project is structured on a per-business evaluation basis (paid per completed deliverable):
1. Document Review: Review 7 standard financial reports (derived from QuickBooks) for 1 target business.
2. Contextual Analysis: Answer 5 core strategic questions about the business based on your review of the reports.
3. AI Output Evaluation: Review and rate 4 distinct AI-generated answers for each of the 5 questions (a total of 20 AI response evaluations per business).
4. Rationale & Feedback: Provide clear, structured feedback on what makes each AI answer strong or weak to help inform reusable evaluation rubrics.
Engagement Details & Compensation
• Compensation: $300 flat rate per completed business evaluation.
• Time Commitment: Estimated at approximately 1.5 hour per business evaluation.
• Earning Potential: Complete multiple evaluations to increase your total earnings (dependent on availability and feedback quality).
• Flexibility: 100% remote, asynchronous, and flexible project-based work.
