About this study
We're conducting usability research on a new self-service engineering analytics platform. This study focuses on the experience of reaching your first meaningful product insight — from logging in through to exploring the platform and identifying insights relevant to your team.
The research will be conducted remotely as one moderated video session, approximately 60 minutes long.
During the session, you'll log into an account that's already been set up for you, explore the platform, and identify useful engineering insights. You'll share your screen and complete the activities yourself while thinking aloud about what you expect, what feels clear, and where you experience difficulty. A moderator will guide the session when necessary, but we're primarily interested in observing how intuitive the experience is without assistance.
The session will be recorded with your consent and used only for internal product research. We are testing the product — not your technical knowledge or performance.
