Thank you for taking part. This is a mobile video walkaround interview about the actual vehicle you drive most often.
To complete this study and receive the incentive, you must have access to that actual vehicle throughout the interview and be able to show it on your phone’s camera. Please only continue if the vehicle will be safely available to you during the session.
Before the interview begins, please make sure the vehicle is safely parked. Do not take part while driving or while the vehicle is moving.
Please take part somewhere safe, with access to your vehicle and a stable internet connection. When we ask you to show part of the vehicle, tap the camera-flip toggle at the bottom right of your screen—usually shown as two circular arrows—to switch to your phone’s rear-facing camera. Once you have finished showing it, tap the same bottom-right camera-flip toggle again to return to the front-facing camera, so we can see and hear you while you continue talking.
Never operate the vehicle while driving. You can pause or skip anything you cannot show safely.
There are no right or wrong answers—we want to hear what you love, what frustrates you, and what you would improve.
