About this study
We're looking for feedback on your banking experience. In this study, we are looking for feedback on our newly designed experiences. During our hour together, we’ll ask you to complete a few tasks with our newly designed experiences on a partially functional prototype. We will ask for your feedback following the tasks.
The session will be in-person on a weekday between Sept. 24 - Oct. 2, between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at our corporate office in Westwood, MA. You will be invited to choose a session date and time if you meet the criteria of this study.
There is ample free parking onsite. It is also a short distance from the Commuter Rail.
